  • Cash upon delivery

Q. When is delivery?
Delivery is made between Friday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Delivery time may vary depending on traffic and route conditions.

Q. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We are unable to offer specific delivery time requests.

Q. What are the free delivery conditions?

  • Kitchener–Waterloo: $80+ free delivery
  • Cambridge–Guelph: $100+ free delivery

Q. What is the delivery fee for smaller orders?
A $10 delivery fee applies for orders below the minimum requirement.

Q. How is delivery made?
For houses, delivery is made as a contactless drop-off at the door.
We will contact you before delivery, and items will be left at the door if there is no response.

Q. Do you deliver to condos and apartments?
Yes, delivery is available.
However, due to building access restrictions, delivery is made only to the building entrance.

Q. Is there a limit on rice orders?
Yes, rice orders are limited to one bag per delivery.

Q. What happens if I miss my delivery?
For houses, items will be left at the door.
For condos/apartments, delivery may not be completed if access is not possible.

Q. Can items be cancelled?
Some items may be cancelled due to stock availability, with prior notice.
